Default DieHard R/C

So there is a new place opening up in Snohomish WA called Die Hard R/C. They are doing a series that will be in Snohomish for the first 2 months. The surface will be an astroturf type with wood jumps. This will be new for most of us, they are doing some testing to let everyone know what tires will work very soon. I'm sure that Brett the man in charge will be posting up more info soon. They have a Facebook page with more info on it now.

Using 2w buggy as an example, odds that it will be anything other than these front tires and these or these rears is very, very slim. Make sure you are testing the "2" version of the rear tires - those have a softer sidewall for turf as opposed to carpet.

DieHard RC is pleased to announce Travis Kendall and Garrett Smith as our race directors for the 2015-16 Traveling Off-road turf series. These two will share the microphone to allow for some track time to be had for both RD's. Season opener is just a few short week away so get those cars ready for some hooked up off-road action!

Tomorrow is race #1 look forward to seeing everyone out there. Even if you dont have a car come on out and watch.

I would bring your own tables . Just to be safe. I wouldnt expect a place built for soccer to have any pit tables

All the activity related to Die Hard seems to have moved to these two pages on Facebook:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/628906733839369/ (group members can post)

https://www.facebook.com/DieHardRC (track management can post)

I had big fun running at Die Hard yesterday. Good people, nice layout. I love not having to clean and sauce tires! And yes, bring your own table and chair, at least at the Snohomish venue. (They move to Marysville later in the year.)
